The underground parking facility is decent, charging about 18€ per night, convenient for those traveling with a vehicle. The location also puts you within a short 10-minute walk to the city center, giving you easy access to local bars and attractions.
Upon arrival, I faced an issue with billing. They insisted only one room was paid despite evidence to the contrary, uncomfortable. The experience left much to be desired.

Nice, clean hotel. Excellent value. Not far from key sites, or downtown. Right on river. Cafe's nearby. Staff friendly. Room small, but nice. Very nice bathroom.

I liked this well presented and great looking hotel. My room included coffee and a lovely balcony. There was very comfy bed, really helpful staff at the reception desk. Amazing very central location not far from the restaurant and the mirador. It also was in the Granada city center...

Highlight for me was the great breakfast with fresh, high-quality ingredients. Loved the real coffee machine! The spa experience was fantastic with multiple soaking pools and a sauna that provided a wonderful retreat after a long day exploring. My room was spacious, clean, and comfortable with a lovely view of the city. Location was beneficial, just a short 10-minute walk to the city center. There were a couple of downsides. The air conditioning was quite noisy, harder to sleep at times. Breakfast opened late, causing a rush and chaos when the doors opened. It would have been better if they adjusted the timings to accommodate more guests comfortably. But overall, these minor inconveniences did not overshadow my enjoyable stay.

Exploring Granada's charm 🇪🇸✨
The breakfast was a feast, proper lekker! Fresh ingredients and real coffee made my mornings. Staff were super friendly, seemed like chatting with old pals at reception.
Just a bit noisy from the hallway at night. Eina!

very bad would not recomend, you have to pay extra to use pool and spa, and this is not clear in advertising, they dont deserve 4 stars, as the facility could not be used as it closes early at 1.30

Comfortable room with great views of the city, but noise from adjacent rooms made sleeping difficult. Rent a bicycle nearby to explore Granada.

Good location and facilities, modern rooms.
Very noisy due to the courtyard design...if you want peace and quiet, book one of the rooms with a separate bedroom (hence two sets of doors) or stay elsewhere!

This hotel is close the city center and airport shuttle bus station. The rooms are wide and comfortable but no have carpet on the floor.
Room prices might be low, I guess, it is to high for Granada. Breakfast was ordinary. And the rooms which have frenchbed must be every floor not only ground floor.

Cheap and excellent breakfast a great selection of meals.
The hotel is nicely presented with delightful food and exceptional views. Neat and budget room with extremely comfy beds, coffee and tea/coffee. Delightful decor throughout and decent and efficient staff at the reception desk. Excellent location - a walking distance from Figares. Great trip in this quiet area close to the Cathedral, taxis, and granada during the "semana santa ".
